Order Cancellations

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-10 business days

Subscription Cancellations

• Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused subscription time

Assessment Cancellations

• nudaVitae assessments may be cancelled before completion
• Partial refunds may apply depending on completion status
