1. Processing & Order Timing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship the following business day.
2. Shipping Options & Costs
We offer multiple shipping methods including standard and expedited options. For domestic U.S. orders, standard shipping is available, with expedited services (such as 2‑Day or Overnight) offered at an additional cost.
Free standard shipping is provided on orders over $299 (after discounts).
3. Shipping Schedules & Carriers
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- We utilize trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the shipping method selected.
4. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. While we aim to meet estimated timelines, transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please monitor your shipment and contact us immediately if you notice an issue.
6. Damage or Loss in Transit
All peptides are shipped in temperature-controlled, tamper-resistant packaging.
- If your package arrives damaged, compromised, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.
- We will evaluate the situation and, if appropriate, provide a replacement at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
7. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays or non-performance caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, regulatory changes, or public health emergencies.
9. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of peptides and regulatory requirements, returns and refunds are not accepted once a product has been shipped. All sales are final.
