Cancellation Policy

Because each nudaVitae Peptide Protocol is individually designed and may involve the preparation of temperature-sensitive compounds, all orders are considered final once processing begins.

1. Cancellation Window

• You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our support team at support@nudaLabs.com.
• After 1 hour, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

2. Custom Protocols

Once your personalized protocol has been reviewed and approved by our clinical team, it is not eligible for cancellation, as clinical time and preparatory steps have already been initiated.

3. Shipped Orders

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstance. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on damaged or compromised shipments.

4. Subscriptions or Scheduled Refills

If you are enrolled in a recurring refill or protocol schedule, cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days prior to the next scheduled fulfillment. Late cancellation requests may result in the next shipment being processed and charged as scheduled.
