By accessing or purchasing from nudaLabs.com, or by creating an account or signing in to the nudaLabs mobile or web applications (together, the "Site" and the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use and Legal Disclaimer. These terms are legally binding and apply to all users, including clients, healthcare providers, and visitors.

1. Research Use Only Disclaimer

All peptides and peptide blends available through nudaLabs.com are classified as research compounds and are not approved by the FDA for diagnostic, therapeutic, or curative purposes unless explicitly stated.

By purchasing or using any peptides or peptide protocols from the Site, you acknowledge that:

• You are obtaining these compounds for research, educational, or investigational use only.
• You assume full responsibility for how you choose to use these compounds, including any self-directed or off-label applications.
• nudaLabs does not guarantee or imply the safety, efficacy, or legality of any peptide beyond what is provided through licensed clinical guidance or consultation.
• Use of any peptide products without appropriate medical oversight is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

2. No Medical Advice

The content, educational materials, and product descriptions on this Site are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely solely on any content found on the Site to make decisions regarding your health.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before initiating any peptide therapy or modifying any aspect of your wellness plan.

3. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, nudaLabs, its owners, officers, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, and related companies disclaim any and all liability for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or misuse of any peptide product.
• Any adverse effects resulting from improper storage, handling, dosing, or combination of peptide products.
• Any harm caused by failing to consult a qualified medical provider prior to use.

You agree to hold nudaLabs and all affiliated entities harmless from any legal claim, loss, or liability related to the purchase, possession, or use of any product offered on the Site.

4. Product Integrity & Assumption of Risk

All peptides are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging and are intended to be handled and stored according to the instructions provided. Once peptides leave our facility, you assume full responsibility for their handling, storage, and usage.

nudaLabs will not be held liable for any degradation, contamination, or efficacy issues caused by improper storage, reconstitution, or administration of any product.

5. No Guarantees or Outcomes Promised

Peptide therapy outcomes vary by individual. While protocols are developed with clinical precision, no guarantee is made regarding the efficacy or safety of any particular protocol or product for your specific condition or goals. Results may vary based on compliance, baseline health, and biological individuality.

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Benton County, Arkansas.

7. Community Guidelines (User-Generated Content)

The nudaLabs Community (posts, comments, images, and related discussion) is provided for supportive, lawful conversation among patients and providers. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You may not post, upload, share, or otherwise distribute content that is:

• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or abusive
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative
• Violent, graphic, or intended to shock or harm
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or illegal activity
• Bullying, doxxing, or targeting of another person

nudaLabs filters submissions for objectionable language and reviews reports from users. We may remove content and eject (deactivate) the user who provided offending content.

Reporting: Use Report on any post or comment to flag objectionable content. Reports notify our moderation team.

Blocking: Use Block to hide another user’s content from your feed immediately. Blocking also notifies nudaLabs of the report.

Enforcement: We act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided it when the report is substantiated. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent loss of Community and account access.

If you do not agree to these Community Guidelines, you may not use Community features or the Services.

8. Severability

If any provision in these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remainder of the policy shall remain in full force and effect.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or purchase from nudaLabs.com or use the nudaLabs apps.
